Sharing Calendars - Office 2013

There is a new way to share your calendars!

Take a look at the attached picture. You will find these settings after you click on calendar in office 2013, then click on the folder tab at the top.

Click on share calendar, add the people you want to share it with and select editor for full access. Click on send and the recipients will get a request email to share calendars.

Accept this email request and give it a few minutes for the settings to go through.

You can now access the people’s calendar you request by going to file, open other user’s folder, type in their name and select calendar.

Or navigate to your calendar and click on the person’s name.

That’s it!
