- WHAT’S NEW –

PREVENT CREDITING THE SAME ITEM MULTIPLE TIMES

The new credit feature allows a full or partial credit to be created and prevents the same item from being credited multiple times.

If a credit is created but not yet invoiced	If the credit has been invoiced
Edit the existing credit order	- Full credit Cannot be created - Partial credit can be created, but only non-credited items can be selected

Polaris will provide a warning message and prevent duplicate credits

PROPOSAL WILL NOT PRINT EMPTY CATEGORY SECTION HEADERS

There may be a time when a new equipment section is created within the room to organize order notes, but no equipment is assigned to it.

Polaris will now print these sections on the proposal without displaying the equipment column headers.

APPLY COMMISSION FORMULA ONLY AFTER ORDER DISCOUNT REACHES X%

The Canada formula: Comm % - ((Disc% - MPC% / 2) has been modified with the option to apply only if the combined Disc% and MPC% is over a defined threshold. If the combined Disc% and MPC% is less than the threshold, it will use the standard default commission%.

The threshold can be defined when the formula is selected in the Venue LOB.

NOTE: all venues with this formula have been set to 0%. This means all venues currently using this formula will always apply the formula.

BAHAMA VAT CHANGE TO 10%

The VAT% in Polaris has been updated from 12% to 10% for the Bahama venues.

– WHAT’S BEEN FIXED –

The following items were defects that have been fixed with this release

In some cases, piece count items could not be returned
The Applied % commission formula for Canada was not including the MPC% to determine the overall discount
